All items purchased at Urban V.I can be exchanged for another item of the same price or a different size. Purchased items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of any damages. Urban V.I will not accept items for exchange after seven (7) days after purchase.

 

Upon return for exchange, the customer must present their proof of purchase in order for items to be exchanged.

 

All items must be returned with existing tags in order to be exchanged unless removed by employee.
